Description

This recipe is designed for preparing one serving.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Rosemary 0 oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Onion ½ head
  • Cream 22% 5 oz
  • Goat cheese 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Pasta (corkscrew) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, preheat the oven to 390°F. Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, season with salt, and place in a baking dish (I used a dish but cooked in foil), evenly sprinkle with rosemary, and you can also add peppercorns. Slice the onion into half rings, half a head will be enough. Sprinkle the turkey with onion, pour in the white wine, cover with foil, and place in the oven until cooked (25 minutes).

Step 2

Prepare the pasta and sauce. You can use any pasta you like, but I recommend wide spaghetti or 'nests'. To prevent the pasta from sticking, add a tablespoon of olive oil and, most importantly, toss it into boiling, well-salted water. Cook for no more than 10 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked, add the melted butter, then the cream. It is very important to cook over low heat and watch that the cream does not boil, otherwise, it will curdle. The key is to let the pasta simmer a bit. The final touch is to add the chopped goat cheese, wait a moment for it to start melting, and remove from heat. The pasta is ready!

Step 3

Serve the pasta together with the meat. I always add a bit of greenery to enhance the flavor!
