- Broccoli 5 oz
- Soybeans 5 oz
- Frozen Green Peas 5 oz
- Soft Cheese 5 oz
- Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese 5 oz
- Basil leaves ⅓ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a very large pot according to the instructions, adding the broccoli florets, frozen soybeans, and peas 3 minutes before the pasta is done.
Step 2
Drain the water, leaving a little behind. Add the soft cheese, zest and juice of 1 lemon, grated Parmesan, a handful of basil leaves, seasoning, and a bit of the reserved water to the pot.
