Ingredients
- Bacon 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Potato 15 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the bacon in a dry skillet. Add olive oil and cook the finely chopped onion until it is translucent but not browned.
Step 2
Add diced potatoes to the onion, sauté, and then pour in water. Cook until al dente, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Break the spaghetti into pieces, add them to the potatoes, and pour in some water. Continue cooking until the spaghetti is done. Add water gradually throughout the cooking process so that in the end, there is a little liquid left to create a sauce.
Step 4
Finally, add grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and freshly ground black pepper, and mix well.
