Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour half of the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the eggs, a little water, and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough by hand, adding the remaining flour in small portions. The dough should be firm and smooth. Roll it into a ball, then throw this ball onto a floured surface several times – don't hold back.
Step 2
Then roll out the dough thinly and let it rest for 30 minutes to dry slightly. Roll it out again – but don't press too hard to avoid breaking the structure. Cut into strips about 5 mm wide, or to your preference.
Step 3
Arrange the strips so that they hang off the edge of the work surface: they should air out and dry a little. You can cook them right away or store them in an airtight container.
