Pasta Casserole with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 20 oz
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Butter to taste
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Milk 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta and drain it in a colander.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and bell pepper, and grate the cheese.
Step 3
Melt the butter (50/50). Layer the ingredients: pasta, vegetables, cheese, pasta, vegetables, cheese. Pour in the milk (1/3 full), and crack 4 eggs on top (around the edges). Bake in the oven.
