Ingredients
- Ziti Pasta 15 oz
- Alfredo Sauce 10 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Ricotta cheese 15 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Melted Cheese 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the sauce and sour cream, then add to the pasta and stir well.
Step 3
Spread half of the pasta in a rectangular baking dish.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the ricotta, eggs, parsley, and parmesan. Spread this mixture over the pasta in an even layer. Then top with the remaining pasta and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
