Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Canned Corn 10 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 oz
- Black Tomatoes 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water. Chop the tomatoes and mix them with the sour cream, beans, and corn. Combine the sour cream mixture with the pasta and 3/4 of the cheese.
Step 2
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
