- Bacon 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Chop the bacon, onion, and garlic, and sauté in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, pour in the cream, crack in the egg, add the cheese, season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, garnish with Parmesan and cherry tomatoes.
