Ingredients

  • Parsnip to taste
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Ground Cumin 1½ teaspoons
  • Thyme 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 2

Peel the parsnip and cut it in half lengthwise. Transfer to a bowl and add the olive oil and cumin. Mix well and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Sprinkle with thyme on top and bake for about 45 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
