Ingredients
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
- Parsley 10 oz
- Flaxseeds 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2
In a food processor or blender, combine the walnuts and flaxseeds and blend for about a minute.
Step 3
Add the parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, Parmesan, and 120 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
