- Fettuccine Pasta 5 oz
- Wakame Seaweed 0 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 0 fl oz
- Unagi Sauce 0 fl oz
- Shallot 0 oz
- Red Caviar 0 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Watercress 0 oz
- Ocean salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the creamy sauce, reduce the wine by half and mix it with the cream, add the wakame seaweed and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add the unagi sauce and a little salt to taste.
Step 2
Pre-cook the pasta until 'al dente' for 7-8 minutes. Pour it into the prepared creamy sauce.
Step 3
In a porcelain dish, separately bake the salmon fillet in oyster sauce for 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
To serve, place the baked salmon on the pasta in the sauce. Garnish with red caviar, watercress, and basil florets.
