- Salt 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Pour the flour into the warmed whey and knead thoroughly. The consistency should be like thick sour cream, but the mixture should flow onto the pan, not sit.

Add baking powder, vegetable oil, salt, and sugar to taste. You can add a pinch of baking soda. Mix well.
Step 3
Leave in a warm place for an hour.
Step 4
Heat the pan. Pour the batter into the center of the pan—it should spread out on its own. Cover with a lid. This is how the pancakes are cooked.

Flip the pancake and repeat the process with the lid.
