Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Safflower Oil 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 3
Whisk the sugar with the eggs well.
Step 4
Warm the kefir in the microwave or in a water bath.
Step 5
Pour the kefir into the egg mixture and mix.
Step 6
Add 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil.
Step 7
Whisk again well with a mixer.
Step 8
Sift 250 grams of flour.
Step 9
Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
Step 10
Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Add more flour if necessary.
Step 11
Pour the batter onto a hot dry skillet using a tablespoon, forming pancake shapes. Cook on both sides for 2–3 minutes.
Step 12
Wash the strawberries well, remove the stems, and place them in a deep bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and blend until smooth.
Step 13
Drizzle the finished pancakes with strawberry sauce and serve.
