
Pancakes with Sour Milk, Raspberry Jam, and Condensed Milk

Description
It's best to serve the pancakes hot with any topping (I used raspberry jam and condensed milk). Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Fermented Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Condensed Milk to taste
- Raspberry gin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add the sour milk.
Step 3
Gradually sift in the flour while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Add the baking soda dissolved in a tablespoon of boiling water to the batter. Mix well again.
Step 5
Place the molds with the batter in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Heat a frying pan. Grease it with oil once and cook the pancakes.
