
Pancakes with Sour Cream

Description
The batter should have a consistency similar to sour cream, even a little thinner. This will make the pancakes tender. If you add more flour, they will be very dense.
Ingredients
- 20% Sour Cream 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar.
Step 2
Add the entire jar of sour cream.
Step 3
Whisk and add the flour one tablespoon at a time.
Step 4
Pour in the cream.
Step 5
Add the baking powder.
Step 6
Whisk everything to avoid lumps.
Step 7
In a preheated skillet, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the batter by the tablespoon. 1 tablespoon of batter = 1 pancake.
Step 8
Fry for about a minute on each side, until golden brown.
Step 9
Serve with honey, berries, or a mascarpone and cream mixture.
