Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Hot smoked pink salmon 10 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- 3.2% Milk 0 qt
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Ocean salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Melt 100 grams of butter. Gradually combine the milk with the dry ingredients, then add the melted butter and eggs. Mix well.
Step 2
Bake the batter in a hot skillet until golden brown.
Step 3
Finely chop the salmon. Rinse the herbs and chop them finely. Mix the soft cream cheese with room temperature butter. Add the herbs to the cheese and stir well.
Step 4
Top each pancake with cheese and sliced salmon, and garnish with herbs.
