  • Water 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Salt ½ tablespoon
  • Clarified Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 0 oz
  • Cucumbers 0 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk, water, salt, and sugar, and mix well.

Step 2

While continuously stirring, gradually add the flour until you achieve a consistency similar to liquid sour cream.

Step 3

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot cast-iron skillet.

Step 4

Spread a thin layer of the pancake batter in the skillet and fry on both sides.

Step 5

For the filling: Cut the salmon and cucumber into strips and evenly distribute the filling.

Step 6

Roll the pancakes into tubes, trim the edges slightly. Cut each tube into 6 equal pieces. Arrange on a plate like sushi rolls.
