- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 7 tablespoons
- Erythritol ½ tablespoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil to taste
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
- Avocado 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, crack 2 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.

Add salt.
Step 3
Add erythritol.
Step 4
Whisk well with a whisk or mixer.

Pour the mixture into the heated oil in the pan in portions.

When the pancake is browned, flip it, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Slice the salmon.

Peel the avocado and cut it into slices.
