Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Milk 20 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
- Basil 1 bunch
- Chopped Green Onions 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat 3 eggs with sugar or salt, add ½ teaspoon of baking soda, pour in 600 ml of milk, and gradually add 300 g of flour until the consistency resembles liquid sour cream.
Step 2
Fry thin pancakes.
Step 3
To the cottage cheese (250 g), add 1 teaspoon of chopped dill.
Step 4
Cut the pancake into 4 pieces and place on it: basil, chopped cottage cheese, salmon, and wrap it into an envelope.
Step 5
Beat 1 egg and dip the envelopes on both sides. Fry.
