
Pancakes with Mozzarella and Ham

Ingredients
- Ham 5 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Curry 0 oz
- Apple 0 oz
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Gherkins 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Basil 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Step 2
Cook the pancakes on medium heat on both sides until golden brown (about one minute per side) in a preheated skillet greased with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Make the remoulade sauce. To do this, blend together mayonnaise, parsley, curry, apple, gherkins, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and basil.
Step 4
Slice the ham and cheese, and chop the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.
Step 5
Wrap the cooked pancakes around slices of ham, mozzarella cheese, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 6
Fry the rolled pancakes in butter.
Step 7
Place the finished pancakes on a plate with remoulade sauce.
