  • Kefir 20 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
  • Baking Powder 0 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the eggs, salt, and sugar in a bowl.

Whisk until frothy.

Step 3

Add the kefir.

Step 4

Stir well.

Step 5

Add the flour and mix until smooth.

Step 6

Add the baking soda and baking powder, and mix.

Step 7

Let the batter sit in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Heat a skillet and add oil.
