  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Desiccated coconut 5 oz
  • Coconut Milk 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Mix the milk with the egg, add the flour and shredded coconut, stir and break up all the lumps.

Step 2

Add coconut oil to the pan, heat it up, and spoon the batter onto the pan. Fry on both sides for one minute.
