Ingredients
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Erythritol 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour kefir into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Crack 2 eggs and add cornstarch.
Step 3
Add erythritol and salt to the mixture.
Step 4
Add baking soda.
Step 5
Whisk with a mixer or whisk.
Step 6
Pour the resulting mixture into heated olive oil in a frying pan.
Step 7
When the pancake is browned, flip it and fry for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8
Chop the onion.
Step 9
Separate the parsley leaves from the stems.
Step 10
Grate the cheddar and parmesan finely. Grate the mozzarella coarsely.
Step 11
Place the cheese on the pancake.

Add the greens.

Fold in half and place in the frying pan. Fry for about two minutes under a lid on low heat.
Step 14
Flip and fold again. Fry for about two minutes.
Step 15
Place on a plate and serve.
