- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon

- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Salt a pinch

Step 1
First, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
Whisk the egg for about 3 minutes until frothy.
Step 3
Add the milk and mix.
Step 4
Add to the dry ingredients and gently mix.
Step 5
Melt the butter and pour it into the batter, mix well.
Step 6
Pour small portions of the batter onto the skillet (if the pancakes do not stick, no need to grease the pan; if they do stick, lightly grease with butter).
Step 7
Cook each pancake for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
