- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Berries to taste
- Beans 1 piece
- Honey to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour (the cup should be slightly heaped), sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
Beat the egg until frothy. Add the milk and mix. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and gently stir.
Step 3
Melt the butter and pour it into the batter, mixing until smooth.
Step 4
Pour small portions of the batter onto the skillet (if the pancake doesn't stick, there's no need to grease it). Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
