Description
Pancakes, a simple and foolproof recipe that we decided to include in our 'Golden Thousand', precisely for this reason.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
Step 3
Mix the starter with the flour using a mixer.
Step 4
Cover the bowl with the dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for 40 minutes to let the dough rise.
Step 5
Add the eggs to the risen dough.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Add a tablespoon of oil and knead again. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for another 30 minutes.
Step 8
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step 9
Without stirring the batter, scoop a portion with a spoon moistened in water and place it onto the skillet.
Step 10
Fry the pancakes on both sides. Serve.
