Pan-Fried Halloumi with Curry
Ingredients
- Halloumi Cheese 5 oz
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Italian chopped parsley ½ teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Pea shoots to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into strips.
Step 2
Heat the butter and olive oil in a grill pan.
Step 3
Place the cheese in the pan. Fry for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the curry powder.
Step 5
Season with salt.
Step 6
Flip and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the herb mix.
Step 8
Add the ground chili.
Step 9
Transfer the cheese to a plate and let it cool slightly.
Step 10
Garnish with microgreens and serve.
