Ingredients
- Olive Oil to taste
- Pasilla Pepper 20 oz
- Garlic to taste
- Flaky sea salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers and dry them thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, adding olive oil and a crushed clove of garlic. Place the peppers in a single layer and sauté for 2–3 minutes, stirring regularly, until the skin is browned.
Step 3
Transfer the peppers to a paper towel to drain. Place the peppers on a plate and serve warm, sprinkled with coarse salt.
