  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Oyster Mushrooms 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Water ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Chili Flakes ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the cabbage, garlic, chicken breast, and green onion into small pieces, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Now, in a separate bowl, let's make the sauce for the Pad Thai: mix vinegar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce with sugar, add water, and sprinkle with dried chili on top.

Take a frying pan, set it to medium heat, and heat the oil. Add the chopped chicken fillet to the oil and quickly fry while stirring constantly.

Crack the raw egg and add garlic to the pan. Wait 10 seconds for the egg to set, then quickly stir everything and remove from heat.

Transfer the contents of the pan to a plate with cabbage, carrot, and onion.

In the empty frying pan, add the Pad Thai sauce. When it heats up, add the noodles. Once the water from the sauce evaporates, you can add the chicken with egg and vegetables to the pan.
