Ingredients

  • Red Wine Vinegar 5 fl oz
  • Shallot 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
  • Chives 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Oysters 12 pieces

Step 1

Finely chop the shallot. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it finely. Mix with the shallot and chili. Let it marinate.

Step 2

Clean the shells. Open the oysters.

Step 3

Add a tablespoon of chili vinegar to each oyster and serve.
