
Oyster Mushrooms Stewed with Cream and Thyme

Description
Delicious on ciabatta toast when hot, and especially good cold.
Ingredients
- Oyster Mushrooms 25 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Thyme to taste
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the oyster mushrooms randomly, fairly large (leave the connections of the stems as they are tough).
Step 2
Finely chop the medium onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until translucent, add the oyster mushrooms, soy sauce, and thyme leaves, and sauté until the liquid evaporates.
Step 3
Add the cream, thicken it, and when it's almost ready, add the Parmesan. Stir.
