Overnight oats with apple and cinnamon
Ingredients
- Oats ¼ cup
- Milk ⅓ cup
- Plain Yogurt ¼ cup
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Applesauce ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a jar, add the oats, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and honey.
Step 2
Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are combined.
Step 3
Open the jar, add the applesauce (you can also add pieces of fresh apple if desired), and gently stir.
Step 4
Close the jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight (can be stored for up to 2 days). Enjoy the oats chilled.
