- Shimeji mushrooms 10 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms 10 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 stems
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 500°F.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped mushrooms, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and olive oil.
