Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes 17 pieces
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Thyme 5 sprigs
- Olive Oil 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half or into quarters (if large).
Step 2
Place the tomatoes, crushed garlic, and thyme in a bowl. Pour olive oil over the mixture and stir.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 165°F (approximately 167 degrees Fahrenheit) on convection mode, so the tomatoes will dry faster and more evenly.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 5
Cook for 5-6 hours, periodically opening the oven to check for doneness.
Step 6
To store the tomatoes, place them in a jar, cover with olive oil, and refrigerate.
