
Oven-Dried Tomatoes Italian Style

Description
To prevent the oil from turning into carcinogens during cooking, it is necessary to use refined oil. In all other cases, unrefined oil is healthier, for example, in salads or when dressing main dishes and appetizers.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the tomatoes.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Add a pinch of sea salt to each half.
Step 4
Drizzle the tomatoes with refined olive oil.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 210°F.
Step 6
Send the tomatoes to the oven.
Step 7
After 5 hours, turn off the oven and allow the tomatoes to cool.
Step 8
Place the tomatoes in the prepared jars (previously rinsed with boiling water) and sprinkle with a mixture of Italian herbs.
Step 9
Pour the tomatoes with unrefined olive oil.
