Oven-Baked Zucchini

Ingredients

  • Zucchini 3 pieces
  • Champignon Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Onion 1⅕ pieces
  • Spices to taste
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Sprinkle the 'boats' with salt and spices to taste. Place them in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. You can also drizzle the zucchini with oil.

Step 2

Chop the onion and mushrooms, sauté, and simmer until fully cooked along with the remaining zucchini flesh. Add spices to taste.

Step 3

Stuff the zucchini 'boats'. Bake them in a preheated oven for half an hour.

Step 4

After 20 minutes, take out the baking tray. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes. Continue baking the zucchini. Then take them out and enjoy!
