- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ spoons
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Ground Dried Garlic ½ spoons
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the sweet potato.
Step 3
Cut the sweet potato into sticks about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease two baking sheets with a thin layer of vegetable oil (you can use a paper towel to apply the oil).

In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Mix the sweet potato with olive oil and add the spice blend.

Mix the sweet potato with the dry mixture until it is evenly coated on the pieces.

Evenly spread the sweet potatoes onto the baking sheets.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven, flip the sticks to the other side, and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes.
