Oven-Baked Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the egg to it.
Step 3
Pour in three tablespoons of sugar.
Step 4
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Blend the cottage cheese mixture with an immersion blender.
Step 6
Add the vanilla sugar.
Step 7
Also add a teaspoon of baking powder.
Step 8
Gradually add the flour.
Step 9
Mix the dough with a silicone spatula until smooth.
Step 10
Form small balls from the dough, slightly flatten them, and coat them lightly in flour.

Place the pancakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper with sunflower oil.

Brush the pancakes with sour cream on top and place them in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for 20–25 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Step 13
Sprinkle the finished pancakes with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
