Ingredients
- Asparagus 20 oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the asparagus and trim the tough ends.
Step 3
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with foil or in a dish, drizzle with olive oil, toss well, and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss again.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 8–10 minutes, until slightly browned and tender. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
