Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Cheese to taste
- Tomato 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Basil to taste
- Parsley to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, keeping the yolks in their shells. Whip the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Grate the cheese. Slice the tomato into thin rounds. Chop the herbs.
Step 4
Place the whipped egg whites in a greased baking dish. Smooth them out with a spatula. Make three indentations spaced apart and pour the yolks into them. Arrange the tomatoes and herbs on top, then sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
