- Orecchiette Pasta 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Gorgonzola Cheese 5 oz
- Chopped Walnuts 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Step 2
Heat the milk and Gorgonzola in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese melts and becomes thinner.
Step 3
Add the pasta, then the walnuts. Sprinkle with pepper.
