Orange Tofu
Ingredients
- Tofu 15 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tofu into cubes. Dip first in flour, then in salt.
Step 2
Pour oil into a skillet, add the tofu, and fry until golden brown. Place on a paper towel.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the orange into the skillet where the tofu was fried. Cook until it thickens.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Place the tofu on a baking sheet, drizzle with the sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with sugar on top. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
