  • Orange zest 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step 1

Chop the garlic and mix it with salt.

Slice the mushrooms thinly, dice the orange pulp, and mix with the garlic and salt. Season with pepper.

Step 3
