Ingredients
- Scallions 40 stalks
- Bacon 40 pieces
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step 1
Trim the thin green ends off the green onions and wrap each stalk in a slice of bacon. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the bacon-wrapped green onions for four minutes, turning them to brown on all sides.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the oranges into the skillet where the onions were sautéed and let it reduce slightly. Drizzle this sauce over the onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
