Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Scallions 5 bunches
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the green onion, mix it with the eggs, add a tablespoon of tomato paste, and stir well (there will be slightly more onion than eggs).
Step 2
Heat the frying pan. Pour in the oil. Squeeze the garlic into the oil, and after half a minute, pour the egg mixture with onion and paste into the pan.
Step 3
Fry uncovered for about 3 minutes, then flip the omelette and quickly fry the other side.
Step 4
Serve at the table.
