Description
The oil can be stored at room temperature for 1 week and in the refrigerator for 3 months.

- Peanut Butter 1¾ cups
- Onion 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a wok over high heat for about 30 seconds. Add the oil and thinly sliced onion. Cook for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the onion turns golden brown. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring, for another 15 minutes until the onion is light brown.
Step 2
Remove from heat and strain through a sieve into a bowl, pressing the onion to extract any remaining oil. Allow the oil to cool at room temperature. Then transfer to a bottle and seal with a lid.
