Onion-Mushroom Balls
Ingredients
- Walnuts 10 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms 5 oz
- Dried Turkey 4 pieces
- Paprika 2 teaspoons
- Cilantro 30 stems
- Parsley 20 stems
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Garam Masala ½ tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Spanish onions 4 heads
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the walnuts in water for 1 hour and drain.
Step 2
Soak the tomatoes for 2 hours and drain.
Step 3
Combine the walnuts, mushrooms, tomatoes, paprika, cilantro, parsley, garlic, red pepper, garam masala, cayenne pepper, and a glass of finely chopped onion. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add the remaining onion and blend again.
Step 5
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them to dry at 105°F for 8-24 hours, turning them several times.
