Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cilantro 2 tablespoons
- Frozen White Mushrooms 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the mushrooms, chop them into small cubes, sauté for about 3-4 minutes, remove from heat, add chopped cilantro, and season with salt.

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl, add the milk, whisk thoroughly with a fork, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture into a hot skillet, cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and cook for 2 minutes. Then, carefully distribute the mushrooms with cilantro over the semi-cooked surface of the omelette. Sprinkle with mozzarella cubes. Cover with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
