Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the bell pepper and tomato.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in sunflower or olive oil. Add the vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Step 3
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with salt and oregano. Add the milk to the mixture and continue to beat for 1-2 minutes to make the omelette tender and fluffy.
Step 4
Stir the vegetables in the skillet and pour in the egg mixture for the omelette, cover with a lid.
Step 5
In the meantime, slice the mozzarella and place it on the set but not yet cooked omelette. Cover again with a lid, reduce the heat, and cook until done (about 4-5 minutes).
Step 6
Serve with fresh vegetables, herbs, and a cup of delicious coffee.
