Omelette with oyster mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Oyster Mushrooms 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Heavy cream 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the oyster mushrooms and sauté them in butter, then add the wine and let it evaporate. Add the cream and soy sauce, and simmer for about 5-7 minutes until thickened.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the cream until smooth.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil and pour in half of the eggs. Cook until the omelette sets.
Step 4
Using two spatulas, roll the omelet into a cylinder and slide it to the edge of the skillet.
Step 5
Pour the remaining eggs into the skillet with the omelet. Once the omelet sets, add the mushroom filling and fold it over. Serve immediately.
